As most of you know, nearly 2 months ago my family and I moved from our home in Brandon, MS. I had contemplated a good while as to what to to in my photography world, do I continue to photograph, do I quit altogether, what to do?
And then I came across MY family’s photoshoot that we had in February of this year. How sad would I have been if I didn’t have those photos! They are some of the most cherished photos I have because all 5 of us are in them. (even though KGrace was in the belly still)

Making memories, and documenting them.
It’s what it’s all about. It’s a passion of mine and I want to do it for other families. I want to continue to photograph because I love doing it, and because it provides a tiny capsule into a time in your life, a documented piece to remember your family by… a precious memory.
So I’ve moved from Mississippi to Louisiana, but not necessarily to unfamiliar territory, I grew up here. But no, I wasn’t a photographer then, this is where you come in. Where the locals help the photographer out, and in turn might get a free session out of it!
You know how you’ve passed a wall, or street, or something that caught your eye and thought, “Hey, it would be awesome to do a photo session here!” A painted wall, an open field, your Grandpa’s old barn, whatever it may be! Well, I’d LOVE to hear your ideas and see your “cool” spots!

1.} Location must be within 30 miles of Slidell (Mandeville, Lacombe, Abita Springs)
2.} The location must be in a public area, or if private, I must be able to get written consent from the owner to be able to use it!
